Over the years, whilst moving around York, I have gained many loyal customers. My wife always describes my work as ‘If Noel can’t do it, then no-one can!’ I take great pride in all my work, from lady’s small stiletto heel through to a gents through sole, everything is done to the highest standard possible, or else I don’t do it.
